Q: What's the after-service of Tonme?

Three Packets: Repair, Return, Replace:

1. Return:

We accept your return request unconditionallly within 7 days from the date of confirm receipt, provided that you are unsatisfied to the product and as long as its package and appearance are good that does not affect the sales at the second time.

2. Replace:

1) The replace is applicable to the product itself and not for its package and accessories within 1 month after the date of confirm receipt,if the product quality has problems.

2) The replace is applicable to the same model product only under the condition that the appearance of the product keeps good.

3) For any defect, we provide a service of repair if beyond the warranty period.

3. Repair

1) The product having 1 year guarantee from the date of confirm receipt.

2) Out of warranty period, the labor and spare parts costs need to be charged.

Q: How to do it when the screen showing nothing and the light of the front panel flashing?

A: Checking if the connecting cable is firm between the screen and PCBA, and if pins in the socket of signal cable is broken or curved.
